Overview
Fountain Wellness runs three telehealth brands: Fountain TRT for men, Fountain HRT for women in menopause, and Fountain SKIN. Since June 2026 I've been one of their video editors, cutting paid social and organic content in batches of about 20 videos and taking each one from rough cut through color, sound, captions, and delivery.
The range is wide. In one week I might cut a doctor's how-to series, a podcast clip, a batch of creator ads, and a concept piece built entirely from motion graphics and generated B-roll. The assignments I'm proudest of are the advanced edits: story-first pieces that open on a question, build tension, and land on Fountain as the answer. My "Listening to Women" montages (Fountain HRT pinned one to the top of its Instagram) and an editor advercontent piece set that bar, and they're why the team handed me the founder edits for all three brands, which are trailer-style stories built around interviews with Fountain's founders.
I also built out the AI side of my workflow. Outside of the interview segments and a few motion graphics templates, most of what you see in these frames is B-roll I generated: I create the stills, animate them into clips, produce voice and audio with ElevenLabs, and run everything through a review process so it holds up next to real footage.
The videos and frames on this page come from paid social and organic content I edited for Fountain Wellness and are shown as samples of my work. Not medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before making healthcare decisions.
How I Build It
AI B-roll that doesn't look like stock
A literal shot of a doctor talking to a patient reads like stock footage, and viewers scroll right past it. So I turn ideas into symbols instead: tiny figurines posed inside a stethoscope, paper-craft sets, hands working at a bench. I generate those shots with Higgsfield, voice with ElevenLabs, and run every piece through the same gated process so nothing gets animated, or paid for, until the look is right.
Storyboard
Break the script line into a second-by-second shot plan and pick the visual metaphor.
Stills first
Draft cheap keyframes, then upgrade the keepers to full quality. This is where the look gets locked.
Animate
Bring the locked stills to life with subtle motion, like a slow push-in or a rack focus.
Review & cut in
Check every clip for warped hands, stray text, and wrong-way motion, then build it into the edit with VO and sound.

Founder Edit
Fountain SKIN1 video, 10 photosSelected video
A 90-second, trailer-style story built around a founder interview. It opens on a thesis (women spend billions on skincare, and almost none have heard of one key ingredient), then pays it off. I generated visuals to carry each idea, like a retro computer buried in money and paper cutouts, and built the Windows-style pop-up frames myself as a motion graphics template in After Effects, then tied it all together with bold type.

Listening to Women
Fountain HRT1 video, 6 photosSelected video
A hopecore montage: it opens cold on one question, cuts to black, then builds into warm, slow-motion moments and a swelling score before a hard music cut lands the last line. It's the hopeful side of the brand's story. I cut two versions with different hooks, and Fountain HRT pinned one to the top of its Instagram.
