About Henry
I'm a filmmaker, video editor, and videographer based in Statesboro, Georgia. I've spent the last four-plus years making just about every kind of video there is: short films, podcasts, brand content, YouTube, livestreams, and a lot of paid social. I shoot photos on the side, but video is where I live.
Most of my work happens in post. I take projects from rough cut to a finished, color-graded, mixed final, and I care most about story: if a piece doesn't build toward something, it isn't done yet. I'm studying Information Technology at Georgia Southern University, finishing the Post-Production Pathway at the Georgia Film Academy, and I'm an Avid Certified Media Composer Specialist.
Some of my freelance work has been billed as HJR AudioVisual. I'm also starting a production company, Anomalous Pictures, with my longtime collaborators Dominic Barrow and Beau McKinney, the director and writer behind Beauty Of The Abandoned.

🏆 Best Picture and Best Cinematography, plus 4 more awardsA psychological crime thriller about a missing college student, told through the shaky account of her ex. Over five months I shot it, edited it through final color and mix, and wrote the original score. It premiered in spring 2024 through Eagle Productions, Georgia Southern's student film organization, and won six awards, including Best Picture and Best Cinematography.

Livestream Producer, Videographer and Editor, Agape Worship Center
Produce the church's weekly livestream from start to finish: cameras, live switching, and audio. Cut the weekly highlights, sermon recaps, and promo videos, and film and edit the church's biggest events. See the work
Graphic Design and Social Media Intern, Southeast Bulloch High School
Work-based learning placement in the school library with the school's social media lead. Designed graphics for the school's social accounts and created One Minute One Program, a web series that spotlights a different school program each episode. Also ran camera and led the edit on Career Ready Bulloch, an explainer for the district's career program.
Video Editor and AI Video Producer, Fountain Wellness
Edit paid social and organic video for Fountain TRT, Fountain HRT, and Fountain SKIN, about 20 videos per batch, from rough cut through color, sound, and delivery. Cut story-driven founder edits for all three brands. Built out an AI workflow for generating B-roll and voice with Higgsfield and ElevenLabs. See the work
